Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Team:

• Provide an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
• Follow operational standards and safety procedures to ensure food quality and freshness.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotating between different positions including the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals and contribute to a fun, positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Team:

• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to work with a team.
• Previous experience in operations or food service is a plus but not required.
• Some high school education is preferred.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements (acquired at your expense).
