Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out proficient technical services involving a range of tasks such as repairs, upkeep, and setups.
• Engage in discussions with account managers from Climbia Enterprise LLC to comprehend the requirements of the project.
• Utilize our exclusive work-order organization platform for monitoring tasks and generating invoices.
• Make sure that the tasks are finished in accordance with both client requirements and safety regulations.
• Coordinate project details such as handling materials, organizing travel arrangements, and conducting necessary evaluations when needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in a skilled trade such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general maintenance.
• Ensuring dependable means of travel and availability of suitable tools for conducting business.
• Effective communication and adept at finding solutions are essential qualities.
• Capability to function autonomously and deliver tasks punctually.
• - General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance is the preferred option, or you can opt for our policy with a deduction based on each job.

Salary:

Rates for each project or hour are open to negotiation and are competitive, and expenses related to the job such as materials, travel, tolls, and parking may be included. Optional insurance for damages is available at a 10% fee for amounts up to $10,000.
