Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is an industry leader in facility maintenance and general contracting services. We are seeking independent subcontractors to join our network. Contractors will provide specialized services across trades like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs to commercial clients in the northeast as part of our Integrated Facilities Management programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide facility maintenance services in various trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks based on client specifications
• Use Climbia’s work-order management app for job tracking and invoicing
• Collaborate with Climbia’s account managers to ensure effective communication and job progress
• Maintain safety and professionalism on client sites

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven expertise in one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, general handyman repair
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and necessary tools for trade
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. with valid documentation
• General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance preferred or ability to use Climbia’s insurance plan
