Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide facility upkeep services that cover electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repair work.
• Partner with Climbia Enterprise LLC to ensure the delivery of excellent and timely services to clientele.
• Organize your agenda to maintain flexibility with work assignments.
• Enhance project tracking and invoicing efficiency by using Climbia’s work-order management application.
• Manage the coordination of logistics including materials, travel arrangements, toll expenses, parking logistics, and on-site appraisals for each project.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Skilled in electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, painting, and general handyman tasks.
• Established track record of performing well without supervision and effectively organizing schedules.
• Accessing reliable transportation and the required tools for tasks is essential.
• Adequate insurance entails General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or the alternative of utilizing Climbia’s insurance plan.

Salary:

The pricing is flexible and can be negotiated, with options available for hourly rates or a flat fee for the entire project, including expenses like materials, travel, tolls, parking, and evaluations. Payments will be processed through direct deposit, with a payment window of seven days. A 10% fee reduction is set aside for Climbia’s insurance, which safeguards against damages up to $10,000.
