Plumbing Specialist

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for delivering a variety of facility upkeep services such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, painting, and general handyman tasks. In this role, you will collaborate with local and nationwide companies within Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management schemes, emphasizing dependable and effective service provision.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines including electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repair services within facilities
• Work together with Climbia’s team to guarantee clients receive services promptly and of top-notch quality
• Adapt your work timetable to accommodate client requirements effectively
• Make use of Climbia’s top-notch application for work-order management to monitor projects and handle billing efficiently
• Maintain adherence to safety regulations and operational protocols during on-site activities
• Organize the coordination of logistics, such as materials, transportation, toll fees, and parking arrangements for every task

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, painting techniques, or general maintenance tasks
• Demonstrated dependability and a dedication to delivering top-notch results
• Having the skill to operate autonomously and efficiently handle one’s time
• Access to essential equipment and dependable means of transportation
• Acceptable General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance (or adhere to Climbia’s insurance guidelines)

Salary:

Rates are open to negotiation, whether charged on an hourly basis or for the entire project, inclusive of all costs such as materials, travel, tolls, parking, and evaluations. Payments are processed through direct deposit with a seven-day payment term. A 10% reduction is taken for the insurance fee in Climbia, which safeguards against damages up to $10,000.
