Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Shift Leader:

• Provide outstanding customer service to create a positive and satisfying interaction for customers.
• Increase retail revenue by utilizing strategic product display, comprehensive product expertise, and fostering team enthusiasm.
• Uphold the Shoe Carnival guidelines by adhering to visual standards and maintaining store presentation as required.
• Provide direction and support to team members to achieve sales objectives and operational milestones.
• Aid the General Manager in overseeing daily activities and implementing store strategies.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Shift Leader:

• Demonstrating effective leadership skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional abilities in verbal and interpersonal communication.
• A high school diploma or its equivalent is a mandatory prerequisite.
• Demonstrated capability to accommodate a versatile timetable encompassing evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preference is given to candidates with one year of prior experience in customer service and managing cash transactions.
• The individual must have reached the age of 16.

Salary:

Initial pay rate: $11.75 hourly
