Job Summary of Warehouse Associate:

Perform shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain inventory organization, support warehouse operations, and uphold safety standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Associate:

• Pick, check, and ship items according to sales orders.
• Prepare items for delivery, ensuring secure packaging to prevent damage.
• Process customer returns for shipment to designated locations.
• Sort and store materials using established inventory organization methods.
• Report damaged or substandard inventory to the warehouse supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Deliver items to customers and obtain signature confirmation.
• Process counter sales or customer invoices as needed.
• Operate a forklift or similar equipment as required.
• Receive inventory in the system to update availability for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Associate:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math, reading comprehension, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 100 lbs.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Salary:

$18.00 - $19.50 per hour
