Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is looking to collaborate with independent contractors who are skilled tradespeople, reliable, and honest. As a subcontractor, you will join our network of service providers, offering specialized facility maintenance solutions across various trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs. This opportunity enables you to work with both regional and national organizations, providing integrated facilities management services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide facility maintenance services in trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs.
• Work closely with Climbia Enterprise LLC to deliver high-quality, timely services to clients.
• Manage your own schedule to ensure flexibility in work assignments.
• Utilize Climbia’s work-order management app for efficient project tracking and invoicing.
• Coordinate logistics for materials, travel, tolls, parking, and on-site assessments for each project.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general handyman repairs.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Access to reliable transportation and necessary tools for the job.
• Valid General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance (or use Climbia’s insurance policy).

Salary:

Negotiable rates, hourly or per-project all expenses (materials, travel, tolls, parking, assessments) covered. Payment via direct deposit (NET 7). A 10% deduction for Climbia’s insurance covers damages up to $10,000.
