Field Contractor

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC, a leading company in facility maintenance and general contracting, is actively looking for autonomous subcontractors to become part of its network. These subcontractors will be responsible for offering facility maintenance services in various skilled trades, such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC services, painting, and minor repairs, to clients in more than 14 states.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute a variety of services such as electrical projects, plumbing jobs, HVAC repairs, painting tasks, and general handyman work as specified by the client
• Conform to the client’s specifications and deadlines to meet project completion targets
• Opt for Climbia’s mobile solution to efficiently manage work orders and invoicing processes
• Keep Climbia’s account managers in the loop regarding the job’s progress and any issues that require attention
• Maintain a professional and secure atmosphere while executing tasks at the location of clients

Qualifications and Experience:

• Shown capability and know-how in skilled trades such as electrical maintenance, plumbing installations, or HVAC repairs
• Consistent, self-reliant attitude that prioritizes meticulousness
• The job necessitates both transportation and a standard set of trade-specific tools
• Capable of legally working in the United States with valid identification
• Candidates who have General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or who can opt for Climbia’s insurance option, are preferred
