Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Summary:

Join DISH's award-wiing Inside Sales & Retention team, where you'll influence customer decisions through consultative selling of DISH's products and services. This role offers uncapped commission and no cold calling, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell DISH and Boost products and services to new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and offer the best value solutions.
• Maintain resilience and focus on larger goals, bouncing back from challenges.
• Manage time effectively and seek opportunities for career advancement.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, providing excellent service.
• Document customer information accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma required; college graduates preferred.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening, including a drug test.
• Full-time, on-site availability at one of our Direct Sales facilities.
• Open availability to work provided schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a smartphone or other device with an active network coection.

• $20.50/hour base pay plus uncapped commission.
• Target compensation of $68,000/year, with potential for significantly higher earnings based on performance.
